  Average Mexican food with average service. The new La Casona Del Mariachi in Erie is much better in my experience. Friendlier staff and better food and better experience.

  Every single time we've been there (probably 6 times) we've had to wait a LONG, long time to get our order taken, and our food.
  
  This last time, we went on a very mellow Saturday at lunch. The restaurant wasn't very busy, and we had two small hungry kids with us, and they tell us "We're out of chips."
  
  HUH? Out of chips at a Mexican Restaurant? From there, we waited an hour for our food. Every single time it is like they just don't care, and they seem very understaffed, and no management at all.
  
  The food can be decent once you actually get it, but unfortunately, they simply don't care about your time, or experience.
  
  There is a brand new Mexican place opening in Erie very soon, which I will bet will put this place out of business if they even give it a modest effort.
  
  It's a shame, our family has really wanted to like Azteca, and we've given them numerous chances, and they have blown it badly almost every time.
